Growing up in Chiswick, West London; Mark’s close relationship with sport began at an exceptionally young age.
At the age of 12 Mark became the youngest Englishman to reach black belt in Karate, was a sponsored Aggressive Inline Skater and a county footballer. During university Mark had trained with the national snowboarding team and was accepted on a soccer scholarship scheme. As a senior football player Mark has competed in the Blue Square South and has played in the FA Cup (proper). Through this sporting experience Mark has participated in coaching and training methods from some of the best the industry has to offer. This lifestyle helped to direct Mark into the path of health and fitness with the aim of applying this knowledge to best benefit others.
Upon graduating in English in the summer of 2010; Mark became a personal trainer and established his company Mark Reynolds Fitness as well as working as a personal trainer in Esporta Chiswick Park. Shortly afterward in August 2011 Mark was selected for Chiswick Riverside Health and Racquets Club. Later that year Mark also signed as a sports and fitness model. After a short while in his role at The Riverside Mark became the Personal Training Manager exceeding revenue records amidst the challenge of a period of company transition.
Mark operates Mark Reynolds Fitness full time whilst innovating within the fitness industry. In 2016 Mark successfully founded WeMakeGyms – a fitness consultancy company. In summary; Mark has excelled in an industry saturated with mediocrity.
