We begin with a postural assessment, then teach you the correct techniques for exercises to improve and enhance your posture and body control. Where posture needs to be realigned or enhanced, a plan of corrective and strengthening exercises will be designed, incorporating a variety of core, isolation and super strict exercise to combat your postural compensations.
